ELIGIBILITY
|
Everyone is welcome to participate. Children under 12 must
be accompanied by an adult. Walk and/or Bike at your own pace.

TRAIL RATINGS
|
Both the Walks and the Bikes are rated 1.
|
|
TRAIL DESCRIPTIONS
|
The Rail Trail is a 10-foot wide, flat, natural surface beside
the Northern Central Railroad tracks. With the exception of the track near
York City most of the track is not in use at this time. Caution is to be
used at busy country road intersections. The trail is stroller and
wheelchair friendly. Trail and restrooms are ADA accessible.

RESTROOMS
|
Portable facilities are available in all of the parking lots,
except Glen Rock. Hanover Junction and New Freedom Train Stations now have
indoor facilities.

REGISTRATION/FEES
|
Every participant must register and carry a Start Card
while participating in the event. You may walk for free or the Fee for
Credit is $3.00.
|

DIRECTIONS
|
From North or South take I-83 to Exit 14, Leaders
Heights exit. LEFT off exit ramp if coming from South, RIGHT if coming from
North, onto Leaders Heights Rd. (SR 182W) go through two lights, at the second
light (S. George St.) road name changes to Indian Rock Dam Rd. Dairy is a
half mile on left. (You will register and drive to Brillhart Station Access
Area to start.)
