AVA management is asking that you help us provide incentives for excellent service by writing or e-mailing your customer service comments concerning any staff member to the Financial Director and Staff Supervisor, Candace Purcell. Her e-mail address is candy@ava.org or you may write to her attention at our normal mailing address. While we want good comments, part of providing customer service is also addressing the problems, so if your comments are concerning problems you have had please feel free to contact Candace concerning those also.

Notice: Payments in US funds must be made from an account that uses a US Bank Federal Reserve 9 Digit Routing Number. 8 Digit Bank Routing Numbers cannot be processed through the US Banking Federal Reserve System. Please provide payment by US Postal Service Money Order, Credit Card or a Bank Account, including Cashier Checks with a 9 Digit Routing Number. Use mail (address below) if you are sending a check or money order, and fax or phone (numbers below) if you are paying with a credit card. Please make all payments out to AVA.

Effective November 1, 2001 Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax. Remember to add
shipping charges to all orders.

Clubs receive a 20% discount on every specialty item purchased. This includes IVV books. Texas clubs pay sales tax on all items unless they have a tax number on file. This is a discount on the item cost only, NOT on the tax or shipping. All items incur a shipping charge. 

Volkssports Associate members will receive a 10% discount on every item purchased.  Volkssports Associate Lifetime members will receive a 15% discount on every item.  All members must include membership numbers to ensure a discount is given. Membership numbers begin with VAI, VAF, or VAL designations; it is not an individual's record of achievement passbook number.
